1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Scene Hunt ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Scene Hunt is an AI-powered visual puzzle game where players find hidden differences between two nearly identical images. The App offers:

• Story Mode with 30 themed worlds
• AI puzzle and image generation powered by Seedream v4 and SDXL Lightning (via fal.ai)
• Daily challenges, weekly/monthly/seasonal leaderboards, and tournaments
• Community showcase for user-created puzzles
• Private gallery for AI-generated images
• In-app purchases and subscription tiers

3. Account Registration

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the App
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One account per person — multiple accounts may be terminated
• You may choose a username subject to our content guidelines

4. Subscription Tiers & Payments

Free Tier

Access to 8 worlds, daily puzzles, energy system (5 max with recharge), ad-supported.

Premium ($4.99/month)

12 total worlds (4 new + 8 free), 5 free AI puzzle generations/month, ad-free, 2x coin earnings, 3x hint & freeze regen, 1 streak shield/month.

VIP ($24.99/month)

All 30 worlds, unlimited energy, 10 free puzzle + 5 AI Companion generations/month, private gallery, 30-second retry cooldown, all customization options.

• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and renew automatically
• Cancel anytime through Google Play Store settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• In-app purchases (coins, energy, hints, freezes) are non-refundable

5. Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases

• Coins are virtual currency with no real-world monetary value
• Coins can be earned through gameplay (daily challenges, puzzles, streaks) or purchased
• Coins are used for: AI generation, image unlocks, prompt editing, cooldown skips, username changes
• Coin balances are non-transferable between accounts
• We reserve the right to modify coin pricing and rewards

6. User-Generated Content

Content You Create

• AI-generated images created through the App are licensed to you for personal use
• You retain the right to download and share your generated images
• By creating community puzzles, you grant us a license to display them to other users
• Other users may save your puzzle images to their gallery (you earn 10 coins per save)

Content Guidelines

You agree not to create, upload, or share content that:

• Contains explicit sexual content, nudity, or pornography
• Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Contains profanity, slurs, or offensive language
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Depicts violence, self-harm, or illegal activities
• Contains personal information of others
• Is spam, misleading, or fraudulent

Violation of content guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

7. Content Moderation

• All AI-generated images are subject to the safety policies of our AI provider (fal.ai) and the underlying models (Seedream v4, SDXL Lightning)
• All user text is filtered for profanity and prohibited content
• Users can flag inappropriate content for review
• We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion
• Repeated violations will result in account termination

8. Intellectual Property

• The App, its design, features, and original content are owned by Scene Hunt
• World leaders, themes, and game mechanics are our intellectual property
• AI-generated images are created using Seedream v4 (ByteDance) and SDXL Lightning models via fal.ai, and are subject to fal.ai's and the respective model owners' usage policies
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App

9. Fair Play & Anti-Abuse

• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities is prohibited
• Automated gameplay (bots, scripts, macros) is not allowed
• Account sharing or selling is prohibited
• Manipulation of leaderboards or tournaments will result in disqualification
• We reserve the right to reset stats, confiscate coins, or ban accounts for abuse

10. Leaderboards & Tournaments

• Leaderboard positions are determined by puzzles solved with time-based tiebreakers
• Minimum Level 10 required for leaderboard qualification
• Tournament rewards are distributed in virtual coins
• We reserve the right to modify tournament rules, schedules, and prize amounts
• Suspicious activity will be investigated and may result in disqualification

11. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results
• We are not responsible for content created by other users
• Leaderboard rewards and game mechanics may change without notice

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scene Hunt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of virtual currency, gameplay progress, or generated content.

13. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the App settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy
• Purchased subscriptions will not be refunded upon termination for violations

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
